Our Services
Mobilization and Preparation
- Unit Mobilization to site, comprising of arrangements for component breakdown & re assembly
- Preparation for towage and supervision of delivery
- Securing applicable and competitive P&I, H&M, War Risk, and other insurance cover
Technical Management
- Full Crewing and Technical Management of the day to day operations
- Overview, budgeting, advance negotiations and vendor development for key goods and services over each unit’s respective expected operational life
- Layup and dry dock attendance and coordination with specialist OEM representatives and specialist service providers (where applicable)
Full Project Management
- Assisting the dredging contractor with the technical supporting information for analysis of new business opportunities
- Integral part in the assessment of production capabilities of the units, depending on environmental specifics (tide patterns, bathymetry, etc)
- Design of production plan, including logistics to be employed across production and repair phases of the project
- Assistance in first analysis of project and accompanying Owner to pre bid meetings
- Assistance in preparation of tender documents (where applicable)
- Coordination of overall project aspects (pipelines, reclamation areas, bunding, etc)
Project Closure
- Survey coordination with end client’s representative to assess quantities / production rates
- Decommissioning of specialized equipment
- Demobilization of unit
- Taking steps to save owner’s costs in between projects
